How shall I book limousine with A Admirals Travel & Transportation?

Well, just make a call at (832) 816-7742 and personnel at receiving end will confirm the ride for you. Similarly, you can also drop a mail at info@aadmirals.com and get the booking confirm. You need to fill up the form carefully while booking the limo through online.

Make sure that the pickup and drop destinations including date and time is clear while citing on phone or inking the form.

In case of urgent booking just call us mentioning pick up point and we will reach at you in least possible time.

What is your provision for waiting time and how you charge?

We have a grace time of 15 minutes. It is beyond scheduled pick up time. If you exceed the grace period, then you have to pay wait time charge. It is charged on hourly basis.

What is/are the methods of the payment?

We accept all types of major cards—credit or debit—while booking limo.

When will my card be charged?

Once the reservation process is complete, we charge your card. The process might take 24 to 48 hours.

How shall I receive the receipt of the charges?

It is very simple. We will provide the receipt to you through mail or fax.

Should I tip the chauffeur?

It is on to you. If you are satisfied with the service, then you can tip him/her. Normally, clients do not hesitate to tip chauffeur after receiving the service because our professional chauffeurs deliver excellent service satisfying clients.

When shall I make the reservation?

It depends on time or season of the year. During peak season we request you to book early keeping a margin of at least few days. During shoulder season you can reserve the vehicle 24 hours earlier. Moreover, for prom and birthday party it is suggested to book at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Do you serve drinks or food in the limo?

Our limos come with the stock of ice, bottled water, soda, snacks and cups. We do not serve alcoholic beverages unless we are assured that every passenger riding in is over 21 or as per the law of the state.

Does your policy allow smoking inside the vehicle?

No, it does not.

Do you take cleaning deposit and if yes, is it refundable?

Yes, we do and we take cleaning deposit if the vehicle is booked for party. It is only refunded after full inspection of the vehicle when it returns to our garage from the party.

Can see the vehicle before making the reservation?

Yes, sure. Visit our office and have look of our fleets and choose the one of you like.

Do you provide car seats for infants?

Well, we do but we have limited number of car seats or booster seats. So, please check it with the reservation agent while booking the ride on designated date. Moreover, we suggest you to bring your own car seats.
