Easy Ways to Book Your Event Transport Service
We offer two ways to effortlessly book in advance and last minute. Our system is so instant that some of our clients book their rides after landing!
Online Booking:
Follow these easy steps:
- On the AAdmirals website, click the service you need at the top of the quote form.
- Enter the pickup and drop-off addresses, number of hours you need (if you chose hourly service), pickup date, and time.
- Click the “View The Quote” button to see a list of cars displayed with their rates, capacity, and more info.
- Click the “Select” button in front of the car that fits your preferences and budget.
- Fill in your booking details on the next screen and check the box in the first lane if you’re booking for someone else or if the name on the payment card is different from the passenger’s name. If you selected our “Two Way” service, enter your return pick-up date, time, and other details.
- Complete the form with all the required information and click the red “Next” button at the bottom of the form.
- Review your trip’s summary and the price details, then click on the “Checkout” button.
- Read and agree with our terms and conditions and hit “Confirm” to move to the payment screen.
- Select the payment method i.e. Card (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover, and other major global credit and debit cards) and PayPal (whether you have an account or not)
- Please enter all your card details correctly otherwise the payment system will reject the transaction and you will need to start over the whole booking and payment process again.
- Once you’ve entered everything correctly, hit the green “Purchase” button below the card details form and wait for the “Booking Successful” notification.
- Wait for 10 seconds, and then click on the “Go To Home” button.
- Check your email or spam box for your booking copy.
- Review your booking details and if you notice any errors, please reply to the email with the corrections you want.
- Read the meeting point information at the bottom to know where to meet your driver.
